Die Aufgabenstellung: Kompakte Wasseraufbereitungsanlage zur simultanen Erzeugung und Verteilung von PW, Reinstdampf und WFI
Am Standort Garbsen benötigte die Wirtschaftsgenossenschaft Deutscher Tierärzte (WDT) eine Wasseraufbereitungsanlage, die trotz eingeschränkter Aufstellfläche zuverlässige PW- (Purified Water) und RD- (Reinstdampf) Erzeugung sowie deren Verteilung gewährleisten kann. Zusätzlich sollte die Anlage die simultane Erzeugung von Reinstdampf und Wasser für Injektionszwecke (WFI) umfassen, die den wachsenden Produktionskapazitäten durch das Unternehmenswachstum gerecht wird.

The Solution: Customized Water Treatment System by EnviroFALK
In close collaboration, a customized water treatment system was designed, specifically adapted to the limited footprint and high quality requirements at the Garbsen location. The solution includes a tailored PW production as well as a storage and distribution system. Additionally, a combined system for the simultaneous production of pure steam and WFI was installed, which also features an efficient storage and distribution system. The system was successfully commissioned on schedule and optimized for the production process.
