Pure Steam Generation according to DIN EN 285
Identical to WFI generation, the heat exchangers, which are operated on the secondary side with impure media via process steam and cooling water, are designed as tube bundle heat exchangers with a double bottom. This design nearly eliminates the risk of undetected mixing of pure and impure media.
