Tender Criteria
When tendering for the pure media systems for the new production facility, Allergopharma emphasized the importance of sourcing all required systems from a single provider. This included a new pure steam generator, a new WFI production and storage system, and a new AP production and storage system, along with a uniform system and control concept.
Allergopharma specializes in subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT) and is the market leader in Germany in this field. The company offers a wide range of high-dose, hypoallergenic preparations, known as allergoids, for SCIT. Additionally, their portfolio includes a broad selection of allergens for diagnostic purposes.
Everything from a single source
The responsible department, Technical Support for process systems, pure media supply, ventilation technology, building control systems, as well as the organization of maintenance and calibrations, led by Mr. Meinke, was presented with a holistic concept and the project team responsible for its realization during the tender and awarding phase. The systems and their automation, which we had previously installed in other projects, ultimately convinced Allergopharma.
Weitere Gründe für die Zusammenarbeit waren, dass neben Konstruktion und Automation, die Inbetriebnahme und Qualifizierung ebenfalls aus einer Hand kamen. Die Anlagen konnten so termingerecht geliefert und in Betrieb genommen werden.
