We mainly use stainless steel for the PW or WFI storage tanks and the associated piping. Depending on the production facility, we also offer storage and distribution solutions made of PVDF-HP for PW systems, for instance as a solution for cold storage.
With full sanitisation, you can safely maintain your water quality, whether in hot or cold storage. We manufacture your tank and all components exactly to your requirements, according to your individual volume, design, pressure resistance and surface finish.
MONITORED QUALITY: RISK-FREE STORAGE SYSTEMS
Continuous circulation through the loop system together with additional options guarantee a reduction in microbiological growth: UV systems, dead end reduction, cooling and regular hot water sanitisation or ozonisation. All of the relevant parameters in the loop (TOC, temperature, conductivity, etc.) are constantly monitored by the system. In the event of an alarm, appropriate measures are taken.
As a further option, we can integrate point-of-use management for you, allowing you to determine maximum water usage or control specific points of use.
SIMPLE ON-SITE INSTALLATION
